This project demonstrates how Microsoft Excel can be transformed into a powerful financial modeling tool — going far beyond basic spreadsheets. By combining advanced formulas, linked statements, interactive visuals, and scenario-driven sheets, the model helps simulate real-world business outcomes and delivers actionable insights across sales, costs, profit, and growth.

The model has been built using real transactional and account-level data, structured in a way that mirrors what early-stage startups, SMEs, or corporate FP&A teams would use for monthly performance reviews or planning.

Objective

To build a robust yet simple financial modeling framework that:

• Tracks key financial metrics and performance indicators

• Provides dynamic visibility into revenue, cost, and profit drivers
